These terms cover work done by JS Websites ("I", "me") for you ("client"). By paying the deposit described below, you agree to these terms.

Service

I build a simple, mobile-friendly website (1-5 pages) for your business, including domain registration and setup so the site is live and reachable.

Pricing & payment

• $20 deposit to start — this locks in your build slot and covers the time to produce your first draft. The deposit is non-refundable once work begins.
• $400-$800 balance, quoted up front based on scope, due only after you've reviewed the draft and approved it.
• If you do not approve the draft, you owe nothing beyond the initial $20 deposit.

Turnaround

Draft sites are typically ready within 24-48 hours of receiving your deposit and any info I need from you (business details, photos if available). Delays on your end (not responding, not providing info) may extend this.

Revisions

One round of reasonable revisions to the draft is included before the balance is due. Substantial changes in scope (e.g. adding many more pages, e-commerce, custom features) may be quoted separately.

Ownership

Once the balance is paid in full, the site and domain are yours. I don't hold your site hostage after you've paid.

SMS communications

If you opt in to receive text updates from me (about your project status or, after your site is delivered, occasional service updates), you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See the Privacy Policy for how your contact info is used.
