JS Websites provides web design and related digital services to small businesses and tradespeople in the Pioneer Valley region of Massachusetts. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
JS Websites sends SMS messages only to clients who have agreed to receive updates after engaging our services. Consent is collected either verbally or by submitting the opt-in form at js-websites.com/sms-signup, which records your explicit, checked-box consent. Messages may include project status updates, maintenance reminders, and new service offers.
Message frequency varies based on your project and how often you'd like updates.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates for SMS may be charged by your mobile carrier.
Reply STOP to any text message from us at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to that number.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree not to misuse our services or SMS communications channel, including attempting to send unsolicited messages, spoofing our identity, or using our services for any unlawful purpose.
JS Websites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or SMS program. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
Your personal information, including your phone number, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
